Just announced on the Noon News Hour. He will be missed, he's a damn good reporter.

He was a damn good reporter - he wasn't afraid to ask the tough questions. That's something we don't see so much of anymore. Loved the package that they ran on the News Hour as a tribute - they also ran them on News Hour Final. I won't be entirely surprised if the run them on the Saturday Morning or Noon News (they need something to fill the time with!).
He certainly will be missed - who's now going to be the one filling Harvey's shoes?

Off topic: Does the word 'damn' get censored by the FCC and reprimanded by the CBSC and CRTC now?

Off topic: Does the word 'damn' get censored by the FCC and reprimanded by the CBSC and CRTC now? Albeit off topic, I think it depends. Ironically, getting back on topic, in Harvey's tribute package, an tense interview with the then President of Woodwards and he was getting annoyed and said bullshit on air, uncensored, however, the captions showed bull****. Usually on news, it seems to be okay, especially something as simple as 'damn'. Quick Edit - interesting how bullshit isn't censored on here but 'damn' is.

Quick Edit - interesting how bullshit isn't censored on here but 'damn' is. Indeed... I've just been using (I think) the default swearword list from Proboards; they had 'damn' on there, but not 'bullshit'. Seems like that one slipped through the cracks. I've taken off 'damn', I don't mind people saying it here (hell, I say it all the time). Somewhat on topic... I've heard people in interviews say the f-word a few times on CTV, uncensored. Usually the anchor just warns that "the following contains strong language".
