By the way...do any stations in Canada broadcast the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy telethon on Labour Day? Not that I've ever seen. I know here, Seattle's FOX affiliate always carries it.

Alright -- About stations being networked:
Does that mean that you're not allowed to use ANY different variation in any theme unless it's approved by the network owner?
My point is this: (yes it's kinda far from being real) ... but if TV stations could use past news themes and opens on anniversary day... (sure, maybe the sets are different...I guess...but then again some stations still have the old corner sitting around. Or at least some part of it.)
Mmmh, it's just another one of my stupid ideas, I guess.

Let me see if I can understand what you are tried to say in your previous post. As it contained bad sentence structure, it won't be easy, but I will try. Alright -- About stations being networked: Example? A.H Belo stations in Washington State: Almost similiar openings, L3s, etc on KING (Seattle) and KREM (Spokane) These stations are both operated by the same company. It would depend on who creates the theme or who the station hires to create the theme. Without looking too out-of-date I can't see this happening. Maybe in a retrospect kind of program. Old shabby, little sets are most likely thrown out or given to a homeless shelter. (Johnny Carson joke). The only way to experience the past is from archived video tape. Must be a Monday then
