Global National’s Momentum Continues Since Moving to 5:30 p.m.
(VANCOUVER - March 9, 2006) Global National has raised the bar to become Canada’s most-watched national newscast since moving to 5:30 p.m. four weeks ago. Over the four-week period, Global National has averaged more than one million viewers.
Here are the average weekday ratings for the three major national newscasts since February 6th. These numbers confirm that Global National is undeniably now Canada's #1 national newscast, ahead of the #2 newscast by 130,000 viewers.
