So I got a hybrid ATSC/NTSC tuner device for my laptop so I can capture things wherever I am, instead of bringing videotapes home as I've done before. So I brought it here to Vancouver to try it out, because there are no DT stations in Edmonton yet. Personally, I think digital TV is great because you don't lose too much quality compared to analog transmission/storage formats. Also, I can pick up stations (ex. KBCB, KVOS, KING) in WA without video noise and static. Anyway - to the content. I'll put it up on my site later, but bbcode is faster for slapdash jobs like this. Oh, and the transmission is in widescreen, the content isn't, so that explains the pillarboxes. Videos: Coming soon - after I figure out how to make the file size small without lowering the dimensions or quality. (If you're desperate and don't mind downloading a 113MB file, you can pick up an unedited version here.) Screenshots: I'll probably do something similar with any other digital stations I can pick up and then move on to the Standard Definition feeds.

That looks like Canada Place. I can see the SeaBus terminal at the back.
