Hey, Sarah. Are you going to vote "NO"?

Tim, I remember you saying and I quote:
"This board has gone from one of a small group of about three or four posters with only about 30 posts per year to one of the most popular local TV discussion boards in North America."
If it's such a popular forum, why have only 7 people posted?

Hey, "Touchy"? Are you from the graphics department?
If so, e-mail is not harrassment. Thank you.

Yes, I agree. E-mail is not harassment. Who would think that is beyond me. I guess CHAN-TV would deem it harrassment because the person being accused in question was physically not attractive by CHAN-TV standards, which does violate Employment laws. CHAN-TV needs to look this over. Race, skin colour, religious beliefs fall into the same catergory. Concerns? mailto: globalbcgraphics@globaltv.ca

So, this would be, like, a biased poll, as you can see already.

Well, not really - a few guests have already said "no", so we could count that as voting.

Well, not really - a few guests have already said "no", so we could count that as voting. But if they really want to vote, then they should register. Nobody's stopping you from registering. If you're Steve Darling, Squire Barnes, Chris Olsen, or Prem Gill, you can cover up and we won't know who you are...as long as you don't give yourself away like someone did!

No, I don't work for BCTV. Again, I ask why have only seven people voted? I can promise you that if you change the rules, the number of posts will drop incredibly. Instead of gettting "inside-news", you will only pointless posts by users asking why nobody's posting.

I just don't get why you're so paranoid of registering. It's been said already in this topic - even if you register, you can keep it as low-info as just your username, password and email. You don't have to give out any information like what the current registered members have.

Are you people (that will not register) new the internet within the past couple weeks? This message board is more safe than your Y2K bunker that is no longer of any use.
Although there's secure SSL encryption here.
Only Tim and Derek (the two admins on this board) would have access to your e-mail address and or IP address. If that's what your concerned about please be rest assured that no one will have access to it but these two individuals. There is an option to either disclose/or hide your e-mail address. You can even choose to hide your birthdate, if you so wish. You have nothing to worry about.
Although other registered may send you a private message from within the board.

I can't make edits to my posts because I can't login.
I meant to say there is *NO* SSL encryption here

I think you will find that you will only have people joining that are NOT insiders. Insiders read this - but want anonymity...that is NOT guaranteed here if you were registered. If you want the real dirt - leave the forum open.

You don't have to give out any information like what the current registered members have. You think Zack and Sarah would have responded to the post in here awhile back if they had to go through the process of registering? Sometimes it's not paranoia, it's just the BOTHER. Obviously you're going to get a few occasional goofballs who want to stir up anonymous trouble...but you can always ban their IPs.
